Music Midtown

I went to Music Midtown in Piedmont Park (Atlanta) this weekend...for free! I got into the music festival with a press pass representing GSU's student newspaper The Signal. Tens of thousands of concert-goers headed to the park Friday and Saturday to see the headlining acts Pearl Jam and The Foo Fighters, as well as smaller artists such as Ludacris, Girl Talk, T.I., Garbage, Florence + The Machine and more. It was so much fun getting to interview musicians, shoot from the photo pit and essentially get paid to have a wonderful weekend!

senior sessions: Megan & Brian

This is Megan & Brian, my two newest senior photo clients! Over the weekend I shot them as well as two other families. The business is off to a pretty good start (please see the watermarks I made on each photo....I feel official).

In other news, school is going well. Busy, but well. I'm taking 15 credit hours,holding the associate arts & living editor position at The Signal, about to begin recruitment week for AOII, and interning with Jezebel & The Atlantan. Not much time to breathe, but I'm having fun!
